Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Conveniently located in Normalville, PA just 10 miles from Ohiopyle, 7 miles from Fallingwater and 13 miles to Seven Springs Mtn Resort.

This home features boho style decor throughout. We have provided all of the amenities of home and more. The kitchen is our absolute favorite with Caraway cookware, top of the line knife set, dual coffee pot with both drip and K-cup capabilities, Ninja Blender and even a Gardyn Center with fresh vegetables and herbs for your use!

We have taken special care to create comfort in every room. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room on a cool evening, while you snuggle up to watch a movie on any of the provided streaming services, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+.

Each bedroom is equipped with either a king or queen size bed with cozy bedding, wall mounted TV, bench or stool, and closet with hangers and luggage rack.

Newly installed 30` round above ground swimming pool, hot tub and Fire pit area.

We have plenty of parking available for you and your guests. Please only park on gravel covered areas.

This is a small town but it does have a few places for necessities. There is a Dollar General just 1/4 mile away for most things you may need during your stay.

The gas station and convenience store called Speedy Meedy’s is next door.

Restaurants within walking distance include:

-See Mor’s All Star Grill (standard American cuisine)
-The Paintroom (Pizza, sandwiches, wings)

Groceries and pharmacies are available in Connellsville which is 8 miles or 15 minutes.

There is no public transportation so you will need to be prepared with your own vehicle. There are several places available within walking distance (see “neighborhood” section of the listing)

This home is located near neighbors. We are respectful of their privacy and quiet times (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced.

The house has a basic supply of toiletries and the following items.

*Guests are responsible for supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.


1) Pet Rules:

- $50 non refundable pet fee per animal
- Pets are not allowed on furniture

- Pets are not allowed in pools/hot tubs
- Limit 2 pets per reservation
- Do not use provided towels to clean pets

This home is located nearthe woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home.



Swimming Pool and Hot tub Policies: If the property that you are renting has a swimming pool or hot tub, you understand that by accepting a reservation, you release Vacation Ohiopyle, Alpine Property Rentals LLC and all owners of all claims and assumption of risk.



Please be aware, we cannot guarantee the Swimming Pools or Hot tubs will be working at every check in. We are not a resort. We send service to fix problems as they arise, however, the repair company may not be able to fit us into their schedule on the same day. These amenities are included with every stay, therefore, refunds will not be given for out or service items.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below.

Use of Property Grounds:
You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am.
When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
Hunting is strictly prohibited on the property.

Fireworks:
Always prohibited on the property

ATVs and Other Recreational Vehicles(Dirtbikes, SXS, etc.) :
Always prohibited on the property
Each bed is dressed with linens and blankets. The linens and pillows for the Murphy bed are in the drawer below it.

Extra towels and blankets are available in the closets. You are welcome to use what you need but please keep in mind, you will need to wash and return them to their proper place in the closet prior to departure.

Play Structure- Use at your own risk. Adults are responsible for watching children. Company and Owners are not liable for any injuries resulting from use of play structure.


At check out
- Place any remaining dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Don’t forget the coffee pot and filter baskets!
- Place towels in the washing machine and turn it on.
- Strip all used beds and leave the linens on the floor. Do not remove the mattress protector.
- Turn heat to 65 degrees/ air 75 degrees

***If you are bringing your pet with you, please remember the pet rules:
- Pets must be registered
- $50 pet fee per pet
- Limit 2 pets per reservation
- No pets on furniture
- No pets in showers or bath tubs
- Do not use towels on pets. You must provide your own pet towels and blankets
- Clean up after your pet
- Failure to follow pet rules will result in additional fees of $250-$700.

We strive to provide clean, comfortable accommodations to make your stay enjoyable. Please report any dissatisfaction with the property immediately upon check in.

Like most hosts, we have full time jobs and children so we request that unless there is an emergency, please refrain from communication between 9pm and 7am.
