« The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot....

« Overall, we had a great stay at Kingsmill Resort. This was actually our second visit because our first experience here was amazing, and that’s what brought us back. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s a fantastic place for families.
