Une des personnes à l'accueil n'était pas très sympatique et a même passé mon dossier à une autre personne qui elle, s'est montrée très gentille. Ma toilette s'est bloquée et on a envoyé quelqu'un pour y voir et la débloquer. Cependant, la fois suivante que je l'ai utilisée, et je n'y avais jeté que deux papiers mouchoirs, elle a de nouveau bloqué.

Very convenient to the Scope the rooms where clean and the staff friendly. The meals there were pretty good as well. Breakfast especially.

Our room keys never work after numerous attempts having all reset up and down from 10th floor although they offered another room but know guarantee the view would be same or better so two day stay was okay

The beds were comfortable and the suite was very spacious. It did lack a microwave and the tub drain was extremely slow.

Gym had no water and was dirty, I had food to warm up in microwave but no utensils available. Room had no iron and no hair dryer and when we called to ask for more towels since they didn’t clean the room they said they had not enough staff to bring towel. Definitely I would not go back

Front desk staff were cordial & tried to help with no hot water complaint. Property was outdated. We were given rooms on 6th floor via telephone prior to arrival. Upon arrival the 2 reserved rooms were not available & they attempted to put us on different floors. Finally we were give rooms on the same floor. No complimentary breakfast & parking is too expensive. $15 for each night.

Check in time is 4pm. Some in our group could not check in until 4:45p. We’ve never been a hotel that does not do early check in…This hotel can’t stick to their own time of 4p for check in. Bad experience.

To start the beds were on casters and the wheels didn’t lock. So my bed literally rolled around all night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I could barely even use it. The room itself was dated and just gross. I will never be back at the hotel again.

I was worried after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The property wasn’t bad. You get what you pay for. This wasn’t a $300 a night property. It’s a little dated but clean and reasonable for the price.

This was the worse hotel i have ever stayed. I would never stay here again. The elevators were broke, the bed was rolling, the room was dirty, and people were having sex. Terrible.

Just visit the restaurant
The positives: the bed was super comfy and the bartender at the grill inside the hotel was AWESOME. The negatives: the room was pretty dirty and outdated. Zero water pressure. No microwave. Overall, the lady in the restaurant hotel saved it from being an awful experience.

My room trash was already full when I first checked in, there was a roach on the hallways wall just crawling around freely, and the hotel rooms doesn’t have microwaves.
