The location close to the beach was really nice. Almost private beach. Rooms are outdated and not very clean unfortunately.

The front desk staff was very polite. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed and the large front window looking in the room was cracked. Blankets were stained and it just didn’t feel very clean. The flooring was new looking though. We spent maybe about 20 minutes in the room before deciding we wanted to find another place to stay and just ate the cost of the stay.

I thought I was getting a good deal in price when I made reservations for a studio room and paid $69.40 and Charged for it before arrival Upon arrival I was told I couldn't pay for the room in my name if I wasn't the check in tenant... I was just there to pay with my card for someone else. Then had room switched to a smaller cheaper room and had to pay an extra $47 in cash cause her name has to be on the card holder But I never received the refund back for $69 And idk what to do exactly The hotel staff has poor communication skills and told me oh well

The room wasn't bad, the area that the hotel is in is kinda sketchy. Housekeeping is rude and I don't think they mop at all. And apparently because we didn't tell her we needed fresh towels but put them outside the door like she told us on the other days we didn't get towels for our last night there. And they charged more than what Expedia said my balance was.the best part about it is how close to the beach it is. Oh we also had little kids knocking on the door multiple times to "sell us" pieces of concrete blocks.

It was nice that there was a private beach but that is it. We had to go buy towels because theirs had dirty hand prints, there was no phone in room, TV didn't work, very run down and dirty. I expected older from pictures, but it was even worse. We didn't even stay the 2nd night, just drove home early.

There is nothing I liked about this place. It was a NASTY place. It was very unsafe place to tkae a family. The place is nothing but a drug hang out. We had to find another hotel and they will not give us our money back.

This location was in a horrible state of disrepair along with it being unclean and had a general feeling of it being unsafe. The room, bed, linen, bathroom, etc were all dirty so we did not stay and opted to find another place to stay for the night. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

After going up to the room that we were given i knew it was the wrong one and attempted to get it corrected the hotel staff got smart and hostile wiith me told me he didn't care if i gave them a bad review or not acting like even with the bad review they were not going to change their ways of working with the public. The room that we were placed in was a regular hotel room with a small refrigerator which did not work properly, no kitchenette, the front desk person attempted to kick me out of the reservation room when i attempted to show him the room that i had booked and we booked a deluxe room which had a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Hotels.com attempted to call and could not get through to them as i tried before we even took the trip to insure that we would receive the correct room. We also had dirty wash clothes in towels left in the bathroom to use. Unable to use the sheet or cover on bed due to they had some white looking stuff on them. Had only 2 pillows to a king size bed. I'm so glad a brought my lysol so that i could spray everything thing down and brought my own pillows and blanket I dont like this area of the reciew because you are suppost to be able to attach pictures it does not work. Because i have all kinds of pictures to show hotels.com to attempt to get some type of refund due to as the attendant stated that the room we were in was correct for the price we paid but not by hotels.com price

This is to inform the respected guest that the guest had a reservation for king size bed and was demanding for an ocean view efficiency room. Pl., make sure what room type you are booking for. You get what you pay for. If you looking for lowest rates and than demand something that cannot be done is very inconvenient to every one. In our facility we do not have rooms with king size bed that have kitchen, this was clearly informed. You already had a reservation which was non refundable and now you are saying that I blocked the room, how would you make a reservation when you already had one. There are norms to work .I hope you make a reservation for the perfect room type you want and we make sure to serve you better the next time.Thanks

1st thing. Inasked to change the card and she refused to change it. 2nd the room had a moldy and funny smell. There were burn holes in the covers along with stains. The floors were some weird rubbery stuff thats made to look like carpet. Not all the rooms were like that and looked that. Tv didnt work and she did warn us,but wouldn't offer a discount. Kids were disappointed. Thankfully they did have internet and could watch movies on phones. I went and bought my own pillows and dishes that I wasn't prepared to buy. Most places that have kitchenettes come with dishes to use. Thankfully we were mostly there to sleep.

It was a relatively inexpensive place to stay, and you get what you pay for. It was nice to have a private beach but it didn't make up for the not so great overall experience.

This place should be a 40 dollar a night hotel... The room had no AC, no TV, no shampoo or soap, no toilet paper, the floors where sticky and dirty, front desk lady was not friendly... Will most definitely not stay here again

I did not stay on the property. I ended up finding a different hotel because it did not meet my expectations. -- The bed was uncomfortable just by laying over the comforter for a few seconds. -- Part of the ceiling was falling down -- They do not offer housekeeping. You have to get your own housekeeping items from a laundry room or something along those lines. -- The manager at the front was very rude when I requested a full refund -- I'm expecting a full refund because I did not stay on the property and have started the dispute with my credit card. I cannot stay at two places at once. -- Overall I had to waste 4 hours of my only vacation since last July on this and it's still not resolved.

This place was horrible, they sent me to two different rooms both dirty, the TVs didn't work, and the staff was very rude, this was nothing more than a flophouse, the sign behind the desk said “after 15 minutes in the room no refunds. Please no one use this place. The bathroom smelled of urine and dirty windows.

There was no hot water, getting in at 230 am that is all i wanted was a hot shower and to sleep. The sheets weren't the cleanest. There were people out arguing. Beautiful beach area though.

Own/operated by family with Arab ascent. Keep your customer service expectations low. Husband has "always right" vibe. Wife knocks on door 10:30am every morning & will use master key to enter. Will also Prematurely tell you to leave if 'mo money.' These folks do not give off friendly attitudes. 3 out of 5 score for neatness - not cleanliness. Don't confuse the two. Structurally - areas on floor weak, rust under sink at base of floor. If your looking for your cheating spouse, swing by this place first. All in All if you pay dirt cheap prices. plan to live dirt cheap, PROs - laundry, cook, chief x2,

An unpleasant room
There was an unpleasant smell when you first entered the room. The room was dirty (black flecks on sheets, plaster dust on vanity). The freezer section of the frig had so much ice on it (about 3" thick) and no door, so it was useless. There was no night tables and no security lock for the door.

24hr front desk is false. It took 30 minutes to get someone to come to the door. The room was filthy as well as the entire property. There were holes in the walls, no towels, no soap, one pillow in a king bed, no light in the bathroom, the bathroom door jam was broken as if someone kicked the door in. The door to the room didn’t close properly. On top of that the AC unit was on but not working. It was cooler outside than in the room. We stayed for 3 hours and left bc we had no choice. The next day we checked out and asked for a refund which was denied. This place is a set up. DO NOT STAY HERE! The reviews here are obviously made up by management. This is the last place I would recommend to an enemy. Management and the owners should be embarrassed of this place

Horrible - Don't do it
Thank goodness we were only there 2 night. When we checked in at 10:30 pm - there were people all over the parking lot, music blaring, beer bottles being broken. The music stayed on until well into the night. The people upstairs were running around and it was so loud in our room. Police came by around 11:00 - said they stop in during the night to check things (I guess that's good but clearly there is a reason for it). Then, we go to put our kids to bed and we find the top blanket is stained AND the sheet has blood on it! The towels were gross, the floor was sticky. The room smelled of pot and cigarettes the whole time. The TV didn't work. The water pressure was terrible. The pictures on site were nothing like what we walked into.

The place had roaches and the bed covers had burns in them. It shows a kitchenette but who knows the last time the fridge had been cleaned and we couldn't find the switched to turn on the stove tops burners. We could get only 1 channel on the tv to work, I'm not super tech savy so that one may have been my fault. Overall i would never stay here again.

This property is horrible. We checked into a dirty room. No sheet on one bed, the tv didn't work, no toilet paper, not a single trash can in the room. The tub was dirty with used soap on the sides.
