« so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests. »

« Le prix est attirant mais effectivement arrivé dans la chambre on comprend le pourquoi du comment : une odeur insoutenable de tabac froid, le sol colle aux pieds, il y a des amas de poussière dans un coin de la chambre et les serviettes sont tachées. Un homme drogué mettait de la musique à fond juste devant la fenêtre, et le responsable a menti en nous disant que toutes les chambres étaient pleines, nous avons du revenir 3 fois à l’accueil pour avoir une nouvelle chambre. »

« We had an overall very enjoyable stay! Had a brief issue checking in with the padlock codes but Ezra responded immediately and was able to provide the updated key code. The house was very clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint would be that we could hear the people who had rented the other side of the duplex through the wall as if they were in the same unit (they were just casually talking and enjoying their stay as well). If we stay in this area again we would def stay again! »
