« The room smelled like urine. You can hear people walk up and down the hallways and the room next door easily. The front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and entitled. He was insulting and belittling and treated me like I was a hindrance to his day. I was disgusted by the smell and odors in the room and didn’t sleep at all due to it.
