« This is my favorite place to stay in the Rice Lake area. It is a charming lodge tucked away in a quiet spot right on the lake. Expect beautiful vistas year round. Each room is designed uniquely, several are pet friendly. Each has a view of and access to the lake. The staff/owners are friendly and accommodating. There are complementary non-motorized water activities in the summer and nightly campfires. Breakfast is fruit and a locally baked scone. There is nothing hotel-chain about this place. »

« The room was a little dirty, had spilt coke/pepsi on the bathroom floor and a shaver cover as well. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff through out our stay were all awesome. There was a young lady at the desk that was especially helpful in giving us a late check out. Thank you! »
