« We had a really great time. The place is nice and big to accommodate a lot of people. The yard and beach is beautiful! The deck was a nice place to hangout on in the afternoon with some shade and the kids could play out there. We got really lucky with warm weather for fishing opener and had a good time fishing. Thanks for the great place to stay! »

« Brought the family up for a trip to Voyageurs National Park and didn't want to completely break the bank on a room to sleep. The Hilltop was convenient located right on the main drag of IF, check in was super easy, as was check out. Brandy was readily available if needed during our stay although we didn't need anything. The room was as described. They aren't newly renovated or high end, but they serve their purpose, good size, clean, quiet. Definitely worth the price! »

« The property was fine. However you have to bring all of your own toilet paper, hand towels/hand soap for the bathroom, paper towels, dish soap for the kitchen, blankets and pillows. The lodge was FILLED with cobwebs, yet we were charged extra upon our check out for not taking out the garbages. There was no heads up that we were going to be charged either. The lack of communication on that was truly upsetting. We didn’t say anything during our stay about the cobwebs and I wish we would have...

« Kim and her staff make you feel welcomed from the time you check in until the moment you leave. They treat you like family, but are not as intrusive. The property is beautiful, the beach is calling your name and the one of many fire pits is waiting for you in the evening.
