« When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years! »

« The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property. »

« Brunch was disappointing some of the food under warmer lights too long, French toast and danish were hard. Hash brown were not the best. Omelette was good, sausage and beacon were good. »

Mais… secteur pas terrible, petit déjeuner gratuit, mais très limité. Pendant tout mon séjour (5 nuits), la machine de jus ne marchait pas et qualité très bof. Les chambres sont propres, mais le reste de l’hôtel, surtout ascenseur et machines à glace pas trop. Il manquait sûrement un fauteuil ou du mobilier dans ma chambre, car il y avait un grand vide.
