« Close to the train, but not a problem if you’re used to it. Typically quiet as it comes through. Easy walk to the train station if you’re looking to take it anywhere. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals at the house, and plenty of space for my family to spread out and sleep. Also had multiple games to help pass some time at night. »

« This is a beautifully restored home with rich history and details highlighted throughout. A museum AND a place to rest! Communication with hosts was great, check in was flawless and ample parking. The area seems safe and the home is secure, which is good because the orange room doors are GORGEOUS leaded glass french doors with a skeleton key dead bolt. Lovely stay, thank you! »

« Overall this property is great. Great kitchen facilities with everything you need! Plenty spacious for a family. However, there were a few things that weren’t great. The front walk/porch wasn’t shoveled after the recent snowfall. It made for dangerous conditions getting into the property. Also, the mattress was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Truly uncomfortable. »

« Host was welcoming and communicated well. However, the house was not cleaned very well and needed attention. Broken glass in the front sidewalk. Lampost was ripped out of the ground and lay destroyed in the front yard. I seriously thought the house had been vandalized. House was ok but the furniture and rugs were not clean and were worn out. Overall, I was disappointed. »

« We couldn't believe how much land there was and how beautiful the setting was. We talked about coming back in the winter, realizing that it would be awesome to do some cross country skiing in the beautiful setting.Everything was clean and prepared for us. »

« absolutely LOVED our stay! perfect distance from our hockey tournament, more than ample room and activities for our bigger family and the host was very responsive! our toddler is already asking to back, and we’re not even home yet LOL will definitely stay here again!!! »
