« This cottage is two blocks from the beach and a 2 minute drive to National Sand Dunes West Beach. Under 10 minutes to the miller station south shore line. It was a perfect vacation adventure for my family of 5. An 11 year old boy, a 14 year old boy, and a 15-year old girl. We spent three days at the beach and exploring the national park and three days exploring the city. It was a perfect blend. This cottage while seemingly small had plenty of space for the five of us to spread out, sleep...

« Stayed in Naomi’s home for a weekend with some friends visiting from out of town! We had a great time and was pleased with the home + it was very comfortable and easy to drive to the beach. The paddleboards and beach chairs that came included for our use were awesome! There were some small issues - one of the bedrooms had a duvet that unfortunately smelled and we had to remove it, and while we were staying we experienced issues with the hot tub that were not resolved by the time our stay ended,...

« We are a family of 7 (including grandma and grandpa) from the Indy area. We think of Allegra as a very good choice as a beach house. There is plenty of space and beds, although we did not use the basement rooms much for lack of good ventilation (AC/openable windows). Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and also plenty of bath towels (no beach towels are provided though). At the entrance, a very sensitive smoke detector (close to the chimney) activated every time I tried to fry...

« This adorable cottage was everything it claims to be and more. They truly have everything for for fun in the sun to rainy weather/staying in activities. There is a book with all the rules, places to go, restaurants (and menus), grocery stores. We ordered pizza one night, another night we hung out at the firepit, making hot dogs and smores. « This cottage is perfect for families / friends who want to enjoy the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6, comfortable bedrooms and living space, 2 bathrooms, an awesome kitchen, and space outside for drying towels and swimsuits to head back to the beach the next day. Just walk over the dune to be on the beach - no roads to cross or parking hassles. Easy! I contacted the owner once to ask a silly question during our stay and the response was immediate. Outstanding communication throughout....

« This cottage rental property was the highlight of the weekend!Everything was Excellent: The bedrooms were spacious, the entire interior was Brand New, Great kitchen, Awesome bathroom and outside was well lit at night with motion detection flood lights.The area has 2 restaurants within five minutes drive. Lastly the people in the neighborhood were very friendly!Bass Lake is Gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the property!!!I highly recommend this place and I definitely look forward to returning...

"L'établissement est propre. Toutesfois les murs et plafonds ne sont pas bien isolé, donc parfois on entend dans les chambres. Le déjeuner est terrible. Céréales et beignes avec café et jus, pas rien de plus ! Pour dormir une nuit, l'hotel est bien, mais je passerais pas plus d'une nuit! "
