« DO NOT STAY HERE if you are ADA ! If you choose to stay here, these are the things that I encountered in my two nights stay as a disabled woman with a service animal. Be prepared to pay $250 as a deposit for your service animal. Because as I was told, the Hilton is not animal friendly . Be prepared to show proof that your animal is in fact a service animal . Be Prepared to have a small breakdown ! Be prepared if you need to use the elevator, your mobility device may not fit while others...

« I have mixed feelings about this place. It looks exactly as it is pictured which was great, but it was not as clean as it should’ve been. When we first arrived, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. There were crumbs all over the coffee table and in the leather chair. We got 3 towels, but only one wash cloth. When I asked for more wash cloths, it was not guaranteed, which ended up being that we did not get them. On top of that, one of the towels had makeup stains on it, so I’m not super sure...
