« Accueil déplorable, la personne excécrable. Le petit dej doit être â 6 h30, il est arrivé à 8h pas d'excuse, pas de sourire, limite on le dérangeait" â éviter" chambre et draps sales, pres du centre ville, seul point positif. »

« Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night. »

« The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. »
