« Very clean and well kept property. We were wanting a get away close to downtown Ft Worth and that’s exactly what we got. It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again. »

« Nice comfortable ground level condo with everything needed. 10 minute access to Ft Worth Stock Show. Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again »

« This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. There are no mattress pads, really cheap linens and towels, there was one coffee mug, two 8 ounce glasses and very few dishes. Trash piled up in the halls and entrance during the week. « 3 days 2 nights. We decided on this one due to amenities. We arrived and per instruction, were told to go to the 1st garage where we would put a code into the lock box and get a key fob that would allow us access to the doors into the buildings. After about 7 tries and a message to a CSR we had been given the wrong code. We finally opened the box and no key fob, so no amentities. We were instructed to use the door at the front of the property in order to get to the apartment until they could...
