« This historic Fred Harvey property was clean and attractive. It was renovated and reopened in 2019. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and anticipated and fulfilled our every need. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and will stay here again, highly recommend. »

« Room was clean and staff were lovely. The decor is very funky and New Mexico. Rooms are a good size, and have a desk, chair, refrigerator, microwave, and TV. AC/Heat worked well in our room. Towels were okay. Our mattress in our room needed an upgrade. The property is supposed to have free breakfast, but the first two days we went, no food was in the breakfast area, so we stopped going and went to a local coffee shop instead. « Not sure what the room looks like as I never checked in. After waiting 40 minutes at the reception ringing the bell and calling the hotel, I called 911 for a wellness check. The police came and found the receptionist on the second floor changing a diaper. By that time an hour had passed and I booked another room to another hotel nearby. No apologies was given, no explanaition, just he didn't hear the bell. »
