« We used this stay just over night on our way to another vacation spot up north. Nice and the price was great. Did not use pool or hot tub, but many other people was and enjoying themselves. Good coffee and breakfast , right next to the express way , easy on and off. »

« No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....

« 1h d'attente pour le chek in pour se faire dire que nos 2 chambres ne sont pas prêtes et on a voulu nous tasser pour donner des chambres prêtes à d'autres clients .....J'ai refusé....Je leur ai demandé de nous attribuer des chambres même s'il n'était pas prêtes et qu'on attendrait dans le corridor.....Hôtel pas préparé pour ce gros week end de course qui arrive à chaque année à la même date....Une seule personne pour les chek in alors qu'une 2e personne est derrière le comptoir !!!!! Des heures...

« Not the fanciest resort we've ever stayed at, but it comfortable and met our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The resort staff was excellent and very helpful. Everyone on the staff that we came into contact was very kind and ready to help. We liked that the resort was close to the downtown and easy walking distant to restaurants and shopping. We'll likely book the resort again next year. »
