« A lovely historic hotel in downtown Cedar Falls where I was born and raised. My grandmother actually worked as a housekeeper here around 1914. The room was quaint and had lovely antique furniture. I was put off though that there was a charge for water as it is usually complimentary. There was a jacuzzi tub but it did not seem to work. The entry door was very difficult to open and I twice had to return to the desk to get help. It would take a shoulder to get it open so not optimal for someone who...

« Veterans owners. It looks like they take pride in their business. The room was clean. The property was clean. The only downside was the train track was across the street. However, they did have earplugs in the office. »

« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »

« It’s a cute property very inviting . Staff was helpful. Breakfast not really a big selection but the pool area and hot tub was clean and it was quiet . They gave me complimentary water when I walked in . They also had water coffee and tea in the lobby »
