« I have been to puerto penasco over 50 times. I have never stayed downtown and was somewhat hesitant. It turned out to be great. This place is clean, nice and cool, very central to downtown, and a great price. Highly recommend »

« The wife and I enjoy staying at this place. Far enough away from everything but close enough if you need something. A few things : We had to use a couple of towels from those bags marked for Miguel Sanchez. Needed a dish towel and one to dry hands. The carbon monoxide plug in alarm was beeping upon arrival. I think the batteries might be bad in the smoke alarm as well. Just wanted to let you guys know. Just little stuff. Definitely will be back. Thank you. »

« Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall was really great 👍 Property managers were really nice and helpful to work with. Thank you Tony and Elizabeth. »

« Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The couch is a pull out so very Uncomfortable. Clean towels but provided only one wash cloth. No dish rags or dish towels. Hot plate provided and roomy fridge. I would stay here again but bring lawn chairs for comfort and my own kitchen equipment. »

« Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

« This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot! »
