« We recently stayed in the magnificent penthouse at Bella Sirena and were truly impressed by the stunning views and beautiful property. The space was very clean and well-maintained, though we did notice an unpleasant odor coming from the laundry room. The master bedroom lacked a closet or dressers, which made unpacking a bit challenging. That said, the hosts were incredibly responsive and addressed the issues we did have promptly. « This was a great property and an exceptional unit at Casa Blanca. We were looking for a spot to rent that would allow our dog to come with us, and I believe this is one of very few properties available for that service in Rocky Point / Puerto Penasco. Check-in was a breeze: we were able to park directly in front of our unit and use easy digital access to get in and out. This made the luggage unloading and reloading process so simple, as well as gave us a lot of flexibility to go out in the car...

« Can’t count on having water when you need it. As in, water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower. My son was using the other bathroom and he decided to finish his shower using the public shower by the pool next to the beach. Can’t count on water to flush toilets, wash hands, run dishwasher or washing machine when you need it. This isn’t a ‘Mexico’ problem either. « There was a slight mix up when we got to check in but we had contacted the owner and got it resolved for us. He said he would compensate us for our troubles. Overall, the place was nice and very clean we love staying at Paloma’s. »

« great place to stay. enough space for 4 people. Room is clean, property is clean. the pool is great. the property is gated and secure. close to Al Capone's restaurant (awesome) and Oxxo for snacks/drinks. beach bar 5 minute walk. Could use a TV in the bedroom, and more towels for the bathroom. »
