I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not...
