« This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel. »

« The flat was very centrally located in a vibrant street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Brunswick centre across the road has a Waitrose so shopping is convenient. The flat itself is clean and quite conpact but had everything we needed. As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...

« Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...
