You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

« Awesome piece of property and close to all your needs and the beach & right on the Bay with a small ramp , a large deck with a gazebo and a fish cleaning station. Ample parking. The only downside is if you have anything larger than a 26’ you will play heck getting backed into the spot. Trees and bushes need a serious trimming to make this an ease. « Didn't stay there. It wasn't available. The host stopped listing almost a year ago. Said this is a reoccuring problem. Farm is way out in the sticks. Had to find a hotel at the last minute. Called to try and get some refund and had to endure 30 minutes of recorded trumpet blaring before being told to hold while being transfered. gave up after another 30 minutes of blaring trumpet "music" and then went to my bank. They'll handle it. »
