Most of the staff barely speaks English. Room was very clean but had a high chemical smell to the point it was almost nauseating! Price for 1st night was $47 more than quoted. »

« Has 2 elevators and one was out of service for most of my stay. I was on the tenth floor and made it hard to run down to get a drink or snack not knowing how long it would take to get back to the room. No adjustments made to the bill or any voucher given out. Also had to search for a housekeeping cart to get some towels bc front desk not answering phone. »
