Easy to walk to the La Pasada Hotel and the Turquoise Room for dinner, or the historic standing on the corner site. Nice to have a sitting area in the fenced backyard, and to be able to park our car in a driveway and not on the street. Close to a local safeway for grocery shopping and several restaurants. »
