« Blankets were stained, bath towels were small, old, and frayed. Had to go ask for bedding for the couch pull out and stood at the front desk for at least 5 full minutes in full view of both employees inside the office. After saying “excuse me, hello, can I get some help, etc.” for several minutes one of them finally looked up from their phone and asked if I needed something. Never even apologized that I had to wait for that long when they were both clearly zoned out with their headphones on and...
