« This property was nice for rich people but there was nowhere to eat that wasn’t going to cost $75/person. There wasn’t a pool. There wasn’t continental breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel would have been beautiful if there hadn’t been 5 tornados touch down 3 days before our arrival. As it was, most places were closed or operating on minimal services. There was no cable the whole time we were there. All of that said, this is not the type of hotel I would have chosen but when nothing else is...

« The cabin was amazing, the true meaning of log cabin. Had all the comfort and amenities you could ask for. Very clean and relaxing. The jacuzzi tub was perfect. This was the most perfect romantic getaway. I will most definitely book another stay. »

« It was a great time! Power went out due to a tornado 3 miles down the street, while we were all in shelter, and the staff was amazing and handled it really well! Would highly recommend staying here! »

« We ended up leaving early not because we were unhappy but because the whole area lost power and I cannot sleep without CPAP which requires electricity. The transport person was very friendly and had a great recommendation for a good place to eat. We were a little confused when we checked in because there is a dispensary off the lobby area and a big sign that made it seem like we were checking into dispensary. »

« When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis. »
