This is the life!
We stayed at the villa for a week during our wedding and honeymoon. The house was beautiful and very clean. It took a bit getting used to having AC in the bedroom while the main area of the house is a little warmer, but, hey, we were in paradise and made due! Our contact with the property manager was excellent. The beautiful pool really made our stay complete. We loved it! We would definitely stay at the villa again!!There were a couple of things that I think could be better, but they in no way impacted our stay. That's why I still gave the review 5 stars. There are no vents in the bathroom; therefore, no air flow. The bathrooms get hot, even in the evening. We just left the lights off unless we absolutely needed them on. This may be the norm in homes on the island. In fact, we kept all the lights off unless we needed them on.There is a large closet where the W/D is that holds towels. I could not find any hand towels or wash cloths. We just used a large towel as our hand towel. Maybe we just missed them somewhere. It wasn't a big enough deal to contact the property manager.It is difficult to put makeup on in the bathrooms due to the large ledge in front of the mirror. We made due, and I used the mirror in the den. Although not the best with lighting, it worked well enough for the few times I put on makeup.Again though, we absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay very much!! We loved having the view across the lake to the high & low rise areas!
