The property seems a little outdated but the rooms were like brand new. Super clean and comfortable. There was only one restaurant on site that was expensive for the quality of food and the bar was the same. Happy hour was like 2hrs and had limitations. The beach was not good so you need to get a car and go elsewhere. The ocean was beautiful but construction happening all day. There were only like 3 shaded huts available and the attendant that was there seemed to hold one all day for someone who pays him.

A lot of construction going on both at the property and around the area. The swim up pool was closed and the roads leading to our hotel were blocked due to paving without notice. Our taxi had to drop us off further away and we had to walk the rest of the way. We could hear the very loud music coming from the neighbouring hotel from our room. Staff extremely slow. I’ve seen a few unexplainable charges on my credit card. During checkout, I asked for a print out of the bill and the staff checking us out advised that the printer was broken, even though I had just seen her print another guest’s receipt. I asked her again and she said she can email it..the email never came and I asked again she claimed that I would receive it in 2 hours. I still haven’t received any email.

The property was amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed you and made you feel right at home. There was such a great atmosphere all around at this hotel. The hotel staff really made our trip the best. The pool and bar are amazing and the food at the hotel was great didn’t have one bad meal. Room was big and clean couldn’t hear any noise from the pool area even though we had a pool view. The shuttle to the beach was very good and never had to wait long for a ride. Beach was very nice it never disappointed clean and very friendly people all around. Definitely recommend the courtyard Marriott.

Not Marriott quality. AC fan would not adjust and stayed too loud entire time. "Garden view" was a wall and HVAC equipment that blocked almost entire view. Breakfast buffet was terrible. All the French toast was completely burnt.

We loved the Court Yard Marriott. Very clean. Nice staff especially at the bar and restaurant. Every one very friendly. Hotel should have more daily or pool activities. We waited for water zumba every day the instructor didn't come. But overall great stay!

The property is clean, the pool is beautiful, free breakfast was decent, and our room was spacious. The bathroom has a frosted glass sliding door with a big open gap and frosted glass window facing the bed inside the room. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. "May I help you?" or How are you? Would be nice. Three women working behind the desk chatting didn't acknowledge my family standing in front of them until I interrupted them. I saw some customers were given a welcome beverage others were not, we were part of the not group. They do not have service attendants to help with luggage. My parents are elderly with a disability and there was no one to assist. There was only one waitress working alone at the outside restaurant. It took over an hour to get a salad. She was very kind and apologizing for the service. The hotel is okay for maybe one or two nights. I would not recommend staying for a full week. There are other hotels and resorts with a similar price that are closer to the beach and more organized. Thankfully we were there for only one night.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Property is not located on beach but do close it is walkable. They do provide a shuttle for the beach though. Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed there last week for 4 nights. For the rooms facing south-east, so much noise until 3am with very loud music. One staff member even said she's not aware of such problem. Another staff said sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. I even tried ear plugs which didn't help either. I don't want blame employees working there though. The management team must have known this issue for a while and choose not to take any action. Isn't a reasonably quite room for a good sleep the first basic to any hotel?

The property is great, honestly. However the management is horrible. We arrived Thursday and they told us they overbooked the entire resort and transferred us to another hotel. When we came back the next day for our eventual check in, they explained to us that they will not give us a one night refund because “the other hotel costed them a lot of money” which, if I can understand is not our fault in the first place. There were maybe 2 people who worked their that were kind and helpful however most of the workers deliberately ignored me when I would stand in line at the front desk or ask for help on directions or a taxi. I understand they were dealing with a lot because they turned away a ton of their own customers however this treatment was beyond horrible and definitely not worth it. I don’t care how good the prices were, do not. Stay. Here.

This property has to improve their electronic key system. The keys we had for our room somehow got deactivated 4 or 5 times and had to go down to the the reception desk to get them acticated; which was annoying. The other that was annoying was that there was only one elevator, which was inconvenient to guests who were on the other side of the hotel especially when you had luggage
