Stay only when nothing is available...
Not so good. Old hotel. Bathroom & toiletries are of poor condition and quality. Towels are age-old towels - not sure how many years they have been used. Staff at the reception was very helpful but they could not manage it well during rush hours of breakfast. Overall ok but nothing to talk about.

Will never be choosing Ginger again.
There are 2 Ginger Noida hotels at the same plot. The place stinks. There restaurants around but the area is dimly lit and shady. Wifi for 2 devices only.

Room sink was leaking, i was washing my hands and water was leaking on my feet. And then in the evening I forgot my room card in the room, and they were unable to issue me a new card as the machine was not working!

I had expected a much better experience. Rooms were very small, the basic amenities weren’t upto the mark, restaurant didn’t function at 11 am, didn’t need even serve ala carte breakfast. The property wasn’t clean and looked like it needed maintenance desperate

Great for a budget hotel
The room was spotless and there was no smell of bleach/ cleaning chemicals which is quite common in Indian bathrooms. All the electrical and plumbing worked very well. There was a small fridge and enough complimentary water. The in-room features had been well thought out. The restaurant selection was adequate. The WiFi had occasional interruptions. Overall, a good experience and good value. I would stay again.

Worst place to stay
Very dirty, unhygienic and uncomfortable room. Beds were very uncomfortable, I was not able to sleep. Bathroom was dirty and towels were very dirty and old, looks like used for door mates. you will not use those towels. Room service was horrible, I have to call many times for the same request. Horrible staff. It is like a lodge not a hotel. Waste of money, even hotel staff do not care why the customer is leaving early, any issue and concern. Just want to make sure payment has been go through. In 3 weeks of stay in India. This one night stay in this hotel was the worst time. Please avoid this hotel. This place does not deserve this much of money.

Average 3 starer hotel with very good staff who wants to help you in a best way they can. Rooms are clean. Not all the beds are very comfortable. Very bad and struggling internet wifi. Overall stay is good for the price.

Short stay at Ginger Noida
It was a pleasant stay. The staff treated us with great care and provided us with whatever we asked for. There were a few instances of late service though. All in all it was an above average experience.

OK, but could improve a lot
It was OK, but few complaints: options at breakfast very limited for Westerners, window in room could not open, no mini-bar in the room, the wifi login credentials did not work.

Nice & cosy place to stay. The reception area needs more seats to accommodate guests who check out. Very friendly service both at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Keep it up!

Nice hotel for those only coming back to sleep
While the hotel was good, the location is inconvenient. The metro is 6 km away. Hotel taxi is so bad we would refuse it anywhere else. And they charge exorbitant amounts in spite of it. Definitely need to have own car. They refuse to get up an auto also.

Wish other hotel group also to start such projects. These hotels are absolute delight for business travellers. Really, one doesn't need a 5 star! I liked it and will make it a point to stay again. Breakfast wholesome/tasty and so was dinner at a rather reasonable cost. What more a business or for that matter a family travel needs!

decent hotel but overpriced
I stayed in the hotel for a night on a business trip to noida. My earlier such experience was with IBIS hotel which is much cheaper, better located and has 100 times better feel. So I was lil disappointed vause room was very small and facility was basic. No room service not even for bed tea. But it was clean. Food was basic but tasty. Overall not too bad but nothing very special. Its ok till we find better option.
