Lodges à Niles

« I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels. »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and breakfast area, swimming pool, whole building. Breakfast was fantastic! »

« + propre, petite piscine agreable, proposition de livraison de pizzas : tres bonnes. - notre chambre etait a côté de l'ascenseur et la machine a glacons, autant dire que nous n'avons pas dormi beaucoup. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être utilisée. »

« No, I 100% do not recommend this location. While I'm not a perfectionist, there are certain expectations when you pay for a room...basic cleanliness and good repair. But this location provides a broken bed, a hazardous broken floor in the center, burned out lightbulbs, cobwebs and spiders so thick in the corner that we couldn't plug in the other lights, one very sticky furniture piece to place things on, and a dirty fridge surface around the microwave. And the bleach smell was so overwhelming my...

« Very clean rooms great air and heat . This is just a suggestion but if you plan to stay more than a few days. Go for one of the other units in the building that is more like a apartment. This room is like a hotel room. »

« It was unique and charming. It had laundry, coffee bar, and a place to walk along the river. We did not like that the main outside door was broken. Also, it had 2 TVs but we had a difficult time getting them to work. »

« Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready....

« Great apartment in a good location a very short walk from downtown Niles. Close to South Bend if you're visiting there too. Excellent! »

« Great location, perfect for a wedding we were attending. Walking distance to allot of restaurants and shopping »

« Ride or Die was a very nice stay for a wedding that was nearby. We were not in the unit most of the weekend so simply as a place to sleep, it worked well. For the price we paid, however, it did feel like it was missing some features we were expecting, like a full-length mirror (the only mirror in the bathroom was small, old/weathered), night stand by the bed, as well as coffee. Check-in was also a bit bumpy as the address provided was incorrect, about half a mile from the actual unit. The handle...

« I had a great stay there! How was very responsive and everything was great »

« Great hosts. Easy check in. Clean, safe, and fun environment. Would definitely book again! »

« Before you rent this loft you need to know;It is on the 2nd floor of a building with business/es on 1 st floor. We were there 5 days and on 3 days we were awaken at 730 a.m. with loud construction on the first floor. Room stocked with 3 washclothes and 3 towels which we thought was strange for a 5 night stay.Loft is almost impossible to use. Ladder is very difficult to use and if you sit up on the mattress , which is on the floor, you WILL hit your head.Overall would not stay here again. »

« This is a very cute place in a great location. We loved the cute downtown - Mexican restaurant, Distillery, Brewery, and the river walk. Very close to the wineries. This place is very spacious and is a great value. The kitchen was nicely appointed, and overall this was everything we needed! »

« Cute property well located in Niles. Could use shades that aren't white gauze but otherwise was very nice and convenient. »

« In a central location in Downtown Niles. »
