Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances, le logement était très bien équipé, et la vue est vraiment incroyable. L’appartement est un petit peu loin du centre ville mais un arrêt de tram est juste derrière donc vraiment pas ennuyant. N’hésitez pas à passer vos vacances ici !! ☀️

Sebastian. The shutter was broken by the tenant immediately before you. It has now been removed until we can have it repaired. I am very sorry for the annoyance. We felt very bad and almost cancelled the booking but decided to explain to you the issue. Again I am truly sorry that this affected your stay.

Malgré une petite difficulté pour récupérer les clés du logement au démarrage, tout était parfait Vue sublime, terrasse très agréable (malgré la circulation bruyante aux heures de pointe. Mais rien d'anormal étant donné la situation du logement, ni dérangeant en soi) Facile d'accès en tramway (direct depuis l'aéroport en 20 minutes), on peut aller jusqu'à la vieillie ville à pieds (comptez un bonne heure de marche en passant par la promenade des anglais) ou rejoindre Jean Médecin en tramway en 10/15 minutes. Idéal pour 2 adultes. Peut être un peu juste pour 4... Bref, une adresse à garder en tête pour y revenir avec grand plaisir

Location conforme à la description ; la vue, le confort, la propreté et surtout la clim par cette canicule. Le plus est les petites attentions pour les voyageurs comme le café, les parasols et chaises, savon et détergent etc... tout est mis en place pour passer un bon séjour, et la vue est magnifique. Le petit bémol, je dirai la cafetière qui fonctionne trop lentement (demie-heure) les odeurs des poubelles dans les parties communes . Je reviendrai merci

Wonderful Apt Literally ON the French Riviera!
We had the most beautiful stay at this adorable sea-front apartment. The direct view of the Mediterranean is breathtaking and the apartment had everything we needed. The Hosts were so helpful in answering our questions and they had wonderful checkin instructions. We highly recommend this gem on the crystal clear Mediterranean!!

Charming and Cozy little apartment with AMAZING views
My wife and I stayed here for three nights between Christmas and New Years and we loved it. The pictures of the views from the balcony do not accurately capture just how incredible it is. Every morning I walked down the street to a nearby bakery for a baguette and some coffee and we enjoyed our breakfast while looking at the 180 degree view of the Mediterranean. Just incredible. We did not rent a car, but used the tram and bus, both of which have stops nearby (the 12 bus stops at the front door when you are coming home from the Vielle Ville). It was a lovely to have our own little home on the French Riviera for a few nights. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Nice!
This VRBO apartment exceeded our expectations. Its location was perfect for a relaxing stay by the beach as well as convenient to the tram to head into Old Nice for sightseeing and delicious meals. A Nice dazzling gem
This is a gem of a property with dazzling view of the wonderful beach across the street. Perfect location a nice walk away from the downtown and owners have thought of everything. We loved our stay and plan to return!

This cozy apartment with a view of the sea is exactly as described. Loved to sit on the terrace with wine at night. Had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. Very close to the airport, plane noise did not bother me in the bedroom, but someone on the futon in the living room might feel differently. The owner and caretaker were very helpful and communicative, and tolerant of my chaotic travel plans (eg, delay of 24 hours). Right on the bus line (12) to the old city. Across from a rocky but beautiful beach. 1.5 miles east on the promenade (great for run/walk/bike) are restaurants with sea view. Street parking on the backside of the building was easy to find (just past tourist season). Had a lovely visit to the Côte d’Azure!

Great Stay on the Sea
We had a wonderful short stay and enjoyed the excellent view of the sea. Our host provided a lot of info before our stay and also had a lot of info on hand in the apartment. Lots of goodies included such as coffee, milk, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The apartment is in a secure building and very close to the tram line for the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Did you close the metal shade at nigh?. Noise disappears and it keeps out the bright sunrise in the am or hot sun while you are out touring during the day.

This property and my host were super. It is a great location directly across from the beach and a wonderful view of the sea. The balcony made for a wonderful place for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. It is also a block from the tram that runs across Nice, from the airport to the old city.

The host and property manager both provided top notch and responsive service. The location cannot be beat. The amenities are among the best we have ever had at a VRBO rental. It is not a surprise that this home is rented all the time.

The view is all we need to mention to sell this property. It was superb, Do not rent your own car, which is explained in the owners guide. We had plans and thought we needed the car but we could not keep those plans with a car , just too complicated. A lot of money wasted on car rental and parking. We used Travel Azure for excursion. One of the best ever. The apt was clean. The property manager greeted us, not the best speaking in English but she tried. We tried for her in French. She didn’t have much knowledge on the parking but she tried. The knob on the oven is broken so we couldn’t set temp when cooking. The doors to the balcony will not close. Other than some general maintenance issues, the property was spot on. We didn’t get to sleep in because they were doing some type of major drilling in the building that started at 8:30 every morning. We were not prepared for that. It lasted all day. Overall we did enjoy it there. It went smoothly with the apt itself.

Amazing view and comfortable, charming apartment.
I stayed in the apartment with my adult son. We got up each morning, one of us walked a short distance to a patisserie for fresh pastries, fruit at the market. After a lovely breakfast and coffiee in the apartment, we went across the street to swim. Afternoons and evenings were filled with activities-- all accessable with great public transit. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Just Lovely!

I came for the view
I came for the view and I was not disappointed! LOVED spending time on the balcony. We walked the Promenade des Anglais everyday. And public transportation couldn't be easier with a stop right in front of the building. It's just a short bus ride to old Nice. This was a great stay and the apartment had everything we needed.

Amazing!
Everything about this place was excellent from start to finish! It's exactly as shown, and communication with owner and caretaker was clear, accurate, and timely. We had our kids with us for 1 of 7 nights in early July 2021, and I slept on the futon in the living room. It was actually very comfortable! The apartment is likely best for couples or adults with kids (rather than 4 adults). Views are amazing, and we swam at the sea across the road every day. We had many lovely runs/walks down the promenade. It's very easy to get around on the bus or trams, although we actually enjoyed the walk to the old town for dinner (about 4 km or a 50 minute walk). The place is fully equipped; we enjoyed using their beach chairs and umbrellas. The air conditioning works well which made for good sleeps at night. Parking was a concern before we arrived, but it worked out totally fine with street parking. We generally took our car to explore during the day, and were able to find street parking on our return. It's not expensive at all (unless you try to leave your car for a full weekday in which case the price goes up quite a bit), and overnight (8pm until around 9am) is also very cheap. You can also use the PaybyPhone app to renew your parking, so you don't even need to go back outside to pay (you'll need to cancel your existing parking and enter a new one, as the Extend feature doesn't seem to work). So we didn't end up using a nearby lot, rather we parked on the street. Would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Nice.

Sehr gutes Appartement mit traumhafter Lage
Das Apartment hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und liegt nahegelegen an einem Hundestrand. Reisen mit Hund ist also absolut kein Problem und sehr tierfreundlich. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit erneut buchen.
