Living area

The spacious open plan set up of this apartment means that the living area, with its sofa, armchair and 40 in Samsung flatscreen TV (with French channels and Cable TV) is positioned next to the French doors which lead out to the verdant greenery of the garden terrace. On the terrace you’ll find another lounge area with a coffee table, two armchairs and a two-seater sofa so you can enjoy your morning espresso whilst drinking in the magnificent views.



Bedrooms

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) and the second bedroom has a king size bed (160x200) and single bunk bed allowing the property to sleep up to six people.

Both bedrooms boast a minimalistic style using pastel shades to evoke a feeling of calm and tranquillity. Each spacious room possesses a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is AC in each room of the apartment to keep the rooms cool and refreshing in the height of the summer heat.


Bathrooms

There is a classic all-white bathroom providing bath, shower, handbasin and toilet. There is also a separate W.C containing a toilet and wash basin. Our signature Fragonard olive-based shampoo and shower gel is also provided to add a little touch of Riviera luxe to your stay.


Kitchen and Dining
A fully equipped kitchen forms part of the open plan living and dining area. Relax at the three-seater breakfast bar or enjoy a more formal meal at the stylish white six-seater dining table with Eames inspired chairs. The second six-seater dining table on the terrace allows guests to dine al fresco whilst appreciating the magnificent views the garden has to offer.
The kitchen area boasts Oven, Hob, Microwave, Smeg washing machine and a Krups Coffee Machine.


Outside Space

The green lawned garden terrace enjoys a four-seater tiled lounge area with coffee table and also a six-seater glass dining table. The terrace enjoys the sun during the day however an awning can be lowered to provide welcome shade should the Riviera sunshine become too much.

Swimming Pool
There is a Large rectangle approx 8ssqm in size communal swimming pool where guests can escape the summer heat and enjoy a relaxing dip in the refreshing water.
