« The property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of hot water after a long day @ the stream. The outside area was perfect for filleting out our trout and frying our catch w/ a fire in the fire pit. We watched at least 2 deer every evening in the back yard. « It was close to our floating location, check in was easy and the home was clean, well-stocked and comfortable for everyone in my party. The only recommendation I would make would be new mattresses in the guest rooms. They were extremely hard and we are not as young as we used to be, lol. »

« This property is 5 miles from Bennett Springs. Lots of space and privacy. There is a great charcoal grill (not mentioned in the list) as well as a fire pit with a grill top. Lots of parking. We had 6 older guys and there was planty of space for us to relax after a day of fishing. »

« Check in was a nightmare. Did not get check in instructions on where to access the property so i ended up unintentionally disturbing the front tenant's who were kind enough to tell me where to go. Upon accessing the studio there was an overwhelming musty smell inside. The studio was tiny (as described) but the bathroom was smaller than imagined.
