The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.

There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.

QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee, as outlined in our house rules below. We charge $69 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No cats, sorry.

We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.

You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.

Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $60/hour.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The number of overnight guests is limited to Twelve (12) persons. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Check in is at 4p.m. and checkout is at 11a.m. If you would like to request an earlier check-in or late check-out, please do so ASAP. We often cannot change cleaning schedules last minute. You will be charged an additional $100 dollars for unapproved late checkouts and early check-ins.

We might accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts for a cost of $25 per hour.

This is a NO PARTY venue. We have families living next door, behind and in front of our house and we wish to respect them. A violation of this rule will result in an additional $500 charge.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house. If you must smoke, it must be outside, and no closer than 4 feet from the house and we have provided ashtrays and a cigarette butt trash receptacle outside for that specific use. A violation of this rule will result in an additional $500 charge.

Please note that we do not offer propane for the BBQ Grill.

If a guest brings any pets on the property without our permission, a nonrefundable fee of $500 will be charged for each pet on the property.

Small Family gatherings are allowed.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancellations made 1) for nonrefundable bookings 2)on or after the date specified in the cancellation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We will not entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single Airbnb business and last minute cancellations are difficult and often unlikely to rebook.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please share a picture of your ID/Passport for security purposes to receive the lock codes.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

At the end of the TERM, guests should leave the house in the same condition as it was found. If you used the kitchen, pleases place dirty dishes, pots and pans, and utensils in the dishwasher. Tenant will be held liable for any damaged or missing items. If damage is noted upon check in, please notify owner via Airbnb immediately.
