Summary:
This beautiful seaside apartment is situated in one of Newquay’s most desired spots. The renowned Fistral Beach is a short five-minute stroll away, or you can sit back and watch the waves from the comfort of your terrace. Finished to a high standard throughout, the interiors give way to the stunning surroundings as large balcony doors allow light to flood in and views to take centre stage. The apartment is located in one of Newquay's most desired spots!

The Space:
Sleeping a total of four guests, the apartment is both spacious and homely. The large, open-plan kitchen, diner and sitting room is a joy to be in. Crisp white walls contrast beautifully with warm wooden floors, whilst stylish furniture ensures maximum comfort. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook leisurely holiday meals (that’s if you aren’t exploring Newquay’s bustling foodie scene). Sleek white cupboards and a mottled black worktop give a minimalist, uncluttered feel. There is ample workspace, as well as an electric hob, built-in oven, dishwasher and ample utensils. If you aren’t revelling in those views, the sitting room has a large 4K smart TV with apps so you certainly won’t struggle to find a film! Homely touches have been added throughout, such as a selection of teas, board games and a welcome pack on arrival.

Care and consideration has been made in the two bedrooms too, which boast high-quality furnishings and Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. Both have peaceful views out over the golf course, as well as the distant sea - nothing beats a cup of tea in bed in the morning! The master bedroom features a king-size bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a super king. The mattresses are made from natural fibres to ensure you sleep as soundly as possible. The bathroom has been well-maintained, with a spacious walk-in shower and luxurious waterfall shower. Premium toiletries are also provided, which you can use for the duration of your stay.

The whole apartment has the feel of a high-end hotel, plus there is secure underground parking for one vehicle - so you will be sure to have a truly relaxing stay without the stress of having to find a place to park at Fistral! Additionally, there is also an outdoor shower and selection of beach equipment in the basement.

You are within a few minutes walk of Newquay's renowned beaches and local amenities. Newquay Golf Course is opposite the apartment, whilst Fistral Beach is within five minutes walk. This renowned beach boasts fantastic surfing conditions, a surf school and numerous shops and restaurants. Try Rick Stein's fish and chips and The Stable's pizza, washed down with a pint of local Korev from Fistral Beach Bar. Over on the Pentire Headland is Lewinnick Lodge, a highly regarded hotel and restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the water. They also serve cream teas and lunch throughout the day!

Great Western Beach, Newquay Beach and Porth Beach are all easily accessible from the house - around 20 minutes walk or 5 minute drive. Slightly further afield, you will find Watergate Bay and Crantock beaches, which are well worth a visit. Watergate Bay Hotel is one of the most highly regarded establishments in Cornwall, and we would highly recommend trying Emily Scott's restaurant if you are in the area. Walkers are also perfectly placed to enjoy the very best of the South West Coastal Path, and you can set off on long walks in either direction straight from the door. Newquay town centre is easily walkable from the house and you will discover lots of great shops and restaurants. Head to Box & Barber for delicious brunch options and good coffee, Pavilion for tasty baked treats as well as Lost Brewing. Co for cocktails and craft beers! There is so much to offer in this bustling town.

Getting Around:
Newquay has some of the best travel connections anywhere in Cornwall. Trains operated by Great Western Railway run all the way from London Paddington into the centre of town, with only one change at Par. The station is then about 5 minutes drive from the flat and there are taxis available outside. Alternatively, it is a pleasant 20 minute walk with the beach and sea alongside you most of the way!

Additionally, Newquay also has an international airport which is around 20 minutes drive. You can either get a taxi here or rent a car for the rest of your trip. The apartment comes with free, secure underground parking for one vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is reached by a flight of stairs from the road to development and then two flights of stairs up
to apartment. There is also a lift from the parking level.

Lovely stay

This is a clean, bright apartment in a fantastic location. Near fistral beach yet a short walk into town. Underground car park a great bonus. Views across the golf course and coast were lovely. As a family of three we found it very comfortable and had a lovely week here. It was a great shame though that the twin bedroom window could not be opened currently so no ventilation in that room. Some small quibbles otherwise would be - the balcony is a wonderful feature with access from two doors but the door stopper provided just isn’t strong enough to hold the door open with the wind. Some way to secure the door/s open would be helpful. There was one bread/chopping board but another would be very useful. Also slightly surprised there was no serrated/ bread knife.

Weekend with friends

I have just left this property after staying here for 3 nights with friends. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, very clean and the views from the balcony are amazing. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk to Fistral and a 10 minute walk to Newquay. Will has been a brilliant host. He gave me lots of check in info before arriving and also messaged the day before we left about checking out of the property. He was always available to message throughout our stay. This property is very good value for money. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fabulous Location

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The location is fabulous with views across the golf course and beach. The apartment is right next to Fistral Beach which has a selection of restaurants and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Newquay where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a short self catering stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the washing machine too. A really lovely apartment and would definitely stay again!
