This spacious two bedroom residence is located on the top level of a centrally located building in downtown Newport. Perched above the area's storefronts this loft offers easy access to everything Newport has to offer. Each of the two bedrooms are outfitted with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs. There is also an additional loft with pull out sofa and en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The large open concept living area unites the kitchen, living and dining areas to a space perfect for gatherings of all sizes. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
