Rooms were misrepresented in the post we get our rooms. We have one bed. We booked rooms with two rooms separate beds. We tried to change them. They wouldn’t do it because they said it was through Expedia. The rooms were filthy. Things were broken. I felt like I was at Motel six

The Expedia partner site had detailed descriptions and pricing for all our rooms available for the selected dates when booking. If another option had been available, we would have been happy to move you to another room. We recommend all guests reserving through a third party recheck their booking details before arrival so the guest can make any adjustments. We hope your future travels are safe and worry-free.

Room was odd, living area in the separate bedroom suite was stuffy as there was no windows. The kitchenette was kind of pointless as there was nothing in the cupboard and so was basically useless wasted space. The bedroom was really nice, and the area was amazing the staff was super friendly.

The front desk staff were amazing. The night time front desk woman was more than helpful! She gave us great ideas for dinner and also gave us ideas of other things to see while we were there. The hotel was perfect for our kids, who loved the pool. We will definitely be back.

This was my second visit here. It is a comfortable, clean place. Pool was inviting, workout space was well equipped. Room was spacious, clean & had conveniences like refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly & helpful. Definitely will stay again

Stayed for the weekend for a mini vacation. Over all it was a good stay staff was nice, place was clean and smelt clean, building temp was a little humid walking down the halls. Room was very spacious clean , only down fall was our room had a double sided fire place, we got the king duluxe room. The fire place facing the Jacuzzi was not working all, and one light bulb did not work, the pull out hidabed was a Abit broken down ,sitting wasn't too comfortable. Other then these issues room was nice , breakfast was awesome! All you can eat great choices, didn't get a chance to see the pool/hot tub area but from what I did see it looked enjoyable. Would been nice to have a balcony would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t stay at this property again, for the simple fact that there is a lot of noise, not only is it a pet friendly place which doesn’t help, it seems that there are no quiet hours in the jacuzzi rooms. My wife and I slept a total of 4 hours. No offer of compensation, just a safe travels and hope your day gets better. Very disappointed!

Had a great stay here, staff was super friendly and the room was large and clean. The jetted tub in our room was oddly shaped and two small for two adults though. There were all kinds of option for the included breakfast and the swimming pool was nice.
