Hosts were really helpful and nice. Great location. Room was beautiful. Had gas fireplace in our room which made it warm and cozy. Right in the middle of Newport.Very walkable. On-site parking Would definitely recommend

We are so fortunate to have stayed at your wonderful Inn. We especially thought your staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts and afternoon teas are indeed special and delicious. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. All the public rooms were warm and cozy and decorated for Christmas. Having the fireplaces lit during the evening brought a special glow to the room too. Again, thank you for a lovely stay at the Francis Malborn House Inn.

Love the character of the house. The old wood floors! The tea time was amazing. Such a spread the put our nevermind the delicious breakfast. Our room was small but enough for what we needed. Will definitely book next time in Newport.

Fabulous inn
The Francis Malbone Inn is an amazing place to stay. Period furnishings and details, gourmet breakfast and a beautiful afternoon tea with sweet and savoury treats baked fresh daily. Staff is amazing, very friendly, accommodating and full of information about the area! Great location, walk to great restaurants and bars. Quaint shops all up and down the streets.

Einfach wunderbar!
Eines der besten B&B's in denen wir je waren. Obwohl es mitten in der Stadt liegt, hat man das Gefühl auf dem Land zu sein. Es gibt wunderbare, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer und einen hübschen Innenhof mit Brunnen. Das Frühstück und der High Tea ab 15.00 Uhr sind unvergleichlich gut. Das Personal hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our stay at The Francis Malbone Inn was PERFECT!!! Check in was easy and the location is in short walking distance of the wharfs... full of shops and dining options!!!! The Inn is impeccably clean, charming and the service is OUTSTANDING!! The breakfast was delicious and afternoon tea/snacks delightful. Huge shout out to Karen who was super friendly and helpful!! She provided us with information and suggestions regarding the Newport area. We will definitely be returning!
