« It was the second time I was staying there and I really recommend this place. Good breakfast. My only comment would be that I preferred the room I had the first time (double bed, more spacious, desk in the room). I was in a room with two single beds this time (smaller, no desk). »

« The socialable Hawthorns property was perfect for us, a family ranging from 16 to 80 years old plus dogs. The "olds" and teenager slept downstairs whilst the middle aged slept upstairs. It is really well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, to the washing machine and tumble dryer - must for us as a large family. « This was our first time on the Isle of Wight and we enjoyed it very much. Nowhere was over busy and everybody we met was very friendly. The cottage was perfect for us and in a good location and the enclosed garden was great for our dog. The local shop and pub was only a nice flat walk away. »
