Very good value for the money I paid. The location of the property is in an extremely noisy area. It wasn’t until the pub closed that it got quiet.

Good location with plenty of shops and restaurants around including in the hotel itself. Room great. Negative was parking and noise at night as on busy road. But id definitely stay again

Highly recommend. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Bar fridge and everything you need. Only negative parking was hard to find.

Good size room and ensuite, with useful facilities including smart tv. Comfy bed, clean and functional space. Shower had good pressure and heat with detachable shower head. Easy check in and out, discreet safe entrance. Air con, ceiling fan and opening window. Shutters block out sun and loud noise. Great position in the heart of Newcastle night life, variety of eating options at the venue and on Beaumont St. Enjoyed the pub live music which stopped at midnight. Street parking was easy.

apart from our door being very squeaky especially during the night when going to the bathroom and some very old pillows WE LOVED IT ! We stayed 4 nights and didn't eat there tho' the dining room looked great. Had thought it maybe noisey but it wasn't. Extremely good for the $$$ spent, excellent value and we WILL stay again. Big rooms, convenient location with heaps of eateries around. Rooms were little noisy as we could hear noise coming from street throughout the night. Not bad for a night stopover.

Weekend Staycation
It was a great weekend stay… room is nice and clean, sheets and towels are clean. It was just noisy from the Saturday night live band down stairs but it was ok. Till next visit.

I booked my daughter a double room with private ensuite for 2 nights after she flew back from Cambodia to make sure she didn’t bring any Luigi”s home to her immuno compromised dad Great room close to restaurants, walking distance from train line from Sydney airport at a great rate Accommodation floor secured from public area with swipe card Nice light clean room with TV aircon and a comfy bed. Have paid a lot more for a lot less.

A perfect hotel with a lot of places to eat around. Nice comfortable room and bed. You get a free drink as you stay with them. The only negative thing is thay being on the street it gets too loudy at night especially on weekends. Hard to sleep at night.

A very convenient location, close to all different sorts of shops, not far from beach. The room and quality of supplies are good enough for the price. Will come back next time when we visit Newcastle again.

The room was clean and tidy and wasn't pokey. It had all the basics you need for an overnight stop; although some of the furniture was a little bit knocked around. However the price was pretty reasonable, so you live with a few chips here or there. My room - as I found out - was nearly above a smoking area, and smoke did drift in - so I'd avoid room 3 if you have low tolerance for that.
