« We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place. »

« My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back! »

« Great little historical home in the heart of Newburyport!!! Loved the deck with water views for sipping morning coffee and evening wine. Short walk to town for shopping and dinning. The historical character and charm of the house were an added bonus. Loved reading the history on the home. Would stay here anytime!! »

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rockport home! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Back Beach and a quick stroll to Bearskin Neck’s shops, cafés, and galleries. The house itself is spotless (and cleanliness is huge for me!), stylish, and clearly just renovated with a perfect mix of coastal charm and modern comfort.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and we really appreciated having parking right out front (a total bonus in Rockport!). « What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

« This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed »
