« I loved the hot tub and how friendly most of the staff was. Especially one of the older ladies at the check in she was very kind and helpful. I also loved how there was always delicious free freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and popcorn. I thought too that the gift shop in the hotel was super cute. I did however have mixed feelings on the way you had to request fresh towels, cleaning and your beds being remade etc. I understand them not wanting to bother the customers but I also never thought...

« Sent us to a room that was not cleaned, dirty towels, unclean sheets, and unmade bed. Pictures of hot tub and pool are not what they currently look like. Now look run down. Internet connection and TV channel selection was poor; TV volume is controlled and would not go high enough to hear the speakers over the air conditioning. Air conditioning smelled musty and unkempt. « My husband and I had a perfect Valentine’s getaway here! The host was so friendly and incredibly quick with informative replies. The location is unbeatable—just one street from the snowmobile trails and close to gas and town. We had zero issues parking our truck and 28ft trailer, which was a huge plus.The house was so cozy; after long chilly days on the snowmobile trails, the extra blankets and the surprise boot/glove dryers were total lifesavers! « We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future! »

« Everything was amazing!! We loved the well stocked kitchen and the game room. The bed we used in the primary room was HEAVENLY -the pillows and sheets were top tier too. The coffee machine was a dream amenity; it was great having luxury drinks IN NEWBERRY!! Thank you!! Very well done »
