Walking - The property is just a short walk away from many amenities including Newark Castle, Sconce and Devon Park and The River Trent.

Car - The A1, A46 and A17 are a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Newark Northgate Train Station, The National Civil War Centre and Newark Showground.

Taxi - We recommend using Rio Cabs or Newark Cabs.

*A fully refundable security deposit of ÂŁ150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost.
