Il y a 2 hôtels Hampton Inn. Dû à un manque d'information, tant par l'hôtel que par le chauffeur, nous avons pris la mauvaise navette et avons dû retourner vers l'aéroport. L'accueil était peu chaleureux. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit dejeuner est servi dans de la vaisselle de carton/plastique. Très moyen comme hôtel.

I like the proximity with the freeway to New York City. All services was great. The breakfast can be small but it’s all you need for a good start. The proximity with the airport is not an issue. The noise is very minimal. I recommend!

Il fait très chaud et l'air climatisé fonctionne mal. Le directeur pas vraiment intéressé a régler le problème. Le personnel à l'accueil peu souriant Sinon très propre. Déjeuner bon et varié. Bon hôtel près de l'aéroport idéal si on ne nécessite pas un service exceptionnel mais avec un hôtel propre

Horrible séjour !
Ce séjour date de décembre 2022, l’hôtel est en pleine rénovation. Il y avait de très nombreux cafard dans la salle de bain logé dans le faux plafond!

The staff are rude! When I came to receptionist to ask for help about parking and how to get inside the parking, their face look like they hate to be at their job. Not 1 single smile on their faces. The people are rude. The room is ok. I open the blanket and found a tiny bug under the blanket that still moving. I took care of and clean up myself rather than ask that those mean people at service desk for help. My family of 6 people stay here. I came down to get breakfast for my family. A staff in the kitchen came out and asked me is these all your food? Me by myself to be able to get food for all 6 people, I have to stacked the place on top of each other. I was making my waffles and she came out pointed to my food and asked me that. Then I came down again to get some more food because 1 of me with two hands can’t carry food for family of 6 in 1 trip. When I got the egg, I saw that see came out and stood at the corner to watch me. Then when I move to get my waffles, she approached me and asked why I need many plates and food. I said I get food for family of 6 people. That had rude my morning. I paid $269 a night with free breakfast and get treat like I’m homeless asking for food. The room is super hot. I adjust the AC all the way to 66 and it couldn’t get cool. Bathroom is clean. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here for that price. We are customers not someone who beg to stay here for free.

I drove from Massachusetts to New Jersey to stay at this hotel with my daughter who is 7 months pregnant to see and pick up my grandchildren who live in Elizabeth, NJ for the long weekend. The air conditioning was not working in the room, I kept going to the front desk and was told a technician would come up, technician came to the room twice and could not fix it. Temperature went up to 80 degrees and we had to stay two nights sweating all night. I called expedia (which I booked through), they called the hotel and the hotel would not give me a refund so we could go stay somewhere where the air conditioner worked, the hotel refused to give us a refund and expedia (which I will not use again) did not help much either, the only time I got to call expedia, when I finally got their number from the "insurance company", the guy speaking Spanish with me on the phone for expedia was terribly rude. You are also charged $20 a night for parking and when you enter the parking lot it is impossible to find a spot. Second time I moved my car I ended up calling Ubers thereafter so that I would not lose my spot. The tub was also backed up draining the water.

Both sink and bathtub draining slowly with rust on steel part. The breakfast was ok but did not like the use of paper plates , cups and cutlery !
