Poor rating from a guest who partied, smoked in the room, disturbed the peace, and were evicted for failing to follow policy. This is an example of what we do not tolerate and make it known for all guests staying. We want to ensure everyone has a great stay and having disruptive guests that will interfere with your experience are kicked out. Take of our rooms, we will take care of you!

Rather, our team leaves food and drinks a few minutes later for any people who may have missed the breakfast time. If they took the food/drinks away, you most likely missed the deadline, believing the hours were different. Breakfast hours are different during the week vs. weekends. We will, however still share your feedback with our kitchen staff to reassure that we are doing our part in ensuring the service is available during the entire time we advertise our amenities.
