« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. « This is a simple, safe, convenient motel that's well -run and good value. It's not fancy, but it's nice and clean, the room has everything you need, including coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave,a good mattress and plenty of hot water, and the owners are really friendly and helpful. « This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away. »

« The place has great potential…bed was comfortable, kitchen /fridge was clean and had the basics. Could use a little better decorating ;) The cleanliness wasn’t terrible aside from the cobwebs and not so clean shower, and the dead Flowers in a vase . We did get 3 towels for 2 people /2 nights…but no hand towels or washrags. We ended up using baby wipes then went to the dollar store to get washrags. I’m sure with a little more personal touches it would be a great little place . The outside needs...
