Avant qu'il n y aient trop d immeubles construit dans cette zone , lhotel bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle. Recent beneficiant de tout le confort et le design actuel avec la vue en plus. allez boire un verre au rooftop qui est a vosu couper le souffle.

Super emplacement, belle vue, bien place dans Brooklyn pour visite, métro à proximité, à 20 min de Times square. Wifi=>Il faudrait expliquer de manière claire que la connexion gratuite wifi est limitée à deux appareils.

L'emplacement de notre propriété est très pratique pour tous ceux qui voyagent à Manhattan ou profitent simplement de l'un des quartiers les plus excitants de New York, Williamsburg. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre qu'il ne vous a pas été expliqué que le wifi était limité à deux appareils sur l'option gratuite. Nos options de mise à niveau payantes offrent des appareils illimités et ces informations auraient dû être partagées. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau lors de votre prochain voyage à New York. The overwhelming majority of complementary pool seats are in the terrace area which is not really at the pool and is in perpetual shade. That this was not made clear on the website ruined my anniversary celebration. Also, much of the rooftop restaurant's "indoor" seating is really outdoors, as the glass walls separating the two can be opened. This is good for days/nights when the weather is pleasant. But on a cooler night, this makes for very uncomfortable dining, as I experienced. Also helped ruin my anniversary celebration. And all of that came after the restaurant had initially cancelled my reservation without explanation the morning of my arrival. Just a nightmare experience.

While we regrettably had to cancel our stay, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Our travel plans were disrupted by adverse weather conditions, including a windstorm that prevented our plane from landing followed by an earthquake in New York that led to airport closures. Despite these unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, the team at William Vale ensured our well-being and comfort. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to experience a stay at William Vale during our next visit to NYC!
