Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous avez eu un problème avec notre petit-déjeuner. Actuellement, nous ne le préparons pas nous-mêmes et il est fourni par Serafina (le restaurant de l'hôtel). Nous n'avons donc pas beaucoup de contrôle sur ce qu'ils contiennent, mais espérons-le à l'avenir. nous serons en mesure de fournir quelque chose de plus à votre goût.

Merci d'être resté avec nous et d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à notre sondage. Je m'excuse que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et j'ai transmis vos commentaires à notre service d'ingénierie pour rectifier les problèmes que vous avez soulevés.
Nous espérons également améliorer bientôt la situation de notre petit-déjeuner - il semble que nous puissions revenir au service complet avec Serafina, qui a dû se terminer après la pandémie en raison d'un manque d'activité. On croise tous les doigts sur ce point.

Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de visiter l'hôtel. Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre excellent emplacement et que vous ayez trouvé mon personnel agréable pendant votre séjour. Veuillez noter que nous avons différents types de chambres qui sont plus grandes. Je voudrais m'excuser pour le service de voiturier de l'hôtel. Au moment de la réservation, nous nous attendions à ce que nos services de voiturier soient disponibles. Nous n'avons actuellement toujours pas de voiturier à l'hôtel car COVID a vraiment un impact sur ce service. Je tiens à vous remercier d'avoir choisi le Fredericks Hotel et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau bientôt !
