We were waiting for cleaning coloring dye to arrive to treat the spot. We have since treated the carpet and cleaned the bleach stain out. Our sincere apologies again for the delay in cleaning carpet. As for the coffee, we offer coffee and tea in our guest lounge from 7am-10pm, so we do not have coffee stations in the rooms.Thank you!

We tried to maximize the amount of space in bathroom to ensure our guests are comfortable. Our continental breakfast consists of coffee, tea and pastries is served every morning from 7am-10am. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope that should you find yourself in another short stay in Brooklyn you allow us to welcome you in once more.Thank you,

Hello,We are sorry things did not go as planned. After some further research we were not able to find your reservation anywhere in our system, nor our partner portal. It seems the reservation was not sent to us. We do use this platform and still take reservations from them but it appears your reservation was never sent to our booking platform. We truly apologize for this inconvenience on our partners behalf. We are however glad they were able to find you another room and send the reservation to them.
