L'hotel est très bien situé et conforme aux photos. Le lobby est agréable. Le lit est confortable et la chambre bien décorée. j'ai été décue par l'absence de cafetière et de sachets de thé dans la chambre. En revanche nous avions une petite bouteille d'eau a disposition tous les jours. Pas de panneau a accrocher sur la porte pour demander que la chambre soit faite; bilan, j'ai du deux fois aller demander à l'accueil qu'elle soit faite;

Great location if you are looking to explore NYC. Rooms are cute, clean and set up nicely for the space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

My trip was delayed and I ended up arriving 2 days later and I had called the hotel beforehand to let them know, only to have to wait for more than half an hour after my red eye flight for them to get my room ready... when it should have already been ready. The location itself is quite busy and noisy, I was on a higher floor but I could still hear the noise. Also, the walls are paper thin, one of my neighbours decided to blast loud music after hours and I had to go and ask them to turn it off. Room is small but reasonably equipped, housekeeping did a decent job everyday. Overall, it's definitely overpriced for what it is but you're paying for the convenient location.

It was a close walk to Time Square. One thing I didn’t like was the AC unit. I couldn’t adjust it lower when I went to bed and it comes on and off frequently.

The property was well kept as far as cleanliness. But it definitely is a micro hotel. And the water pressure was not good.

Had to call atleast twice to get water bottles. AC was finicky, would take hours to drop the temperature by a few degrees, and would start-stop before reaching the temperature.

Staff is friendly. Rooms themselves are clean and tidy. Area is very noisy and you will need earplugs. Air conditioning is barely functioning is the room, so if you are a hot sleeper, this hotel isn’t for you.

We loved how close we were to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, subway, Central Park and restaurants. The only things I might suggest is providing eye masks! The lights from the billboards were constantly flashing all night. Also, we were given $10 off per day for the on-site restaurant and bar but with prices so high, $20 might have encouraged us to eat there. The hvac does cycle off and on a lot—should’ve used the earplugs provided! Appreciated the water bottles. There is a refrigerator but no microwave but not a big deal to us.

I loved the loaction to Time Square. Very convenient for Uber/Taxi Pick-up & Drop-off. Walking ditance to a great breakfast place, Juniors. Would not recommned the hotel restaurant. Very overpriced & lacking any flavor profile to justify the price.

Location is great for Times Square. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Room was very very small though and the walls were very thin. Shower and toilet have no walls. Just a sliding shower door. This might not be good for people who want privacy.
